This generation still seeks a sign

Pity the people here – because judgement awaits inhabitants of this place, but they couldn’t care less – and time is running out.

Pray, what more could have been done for this generation!

There’s that argument that a merciful God wouldn’t carry out His judgement.

Pity the people here – because God would do what He has said He would do (as it is impossible for Him to lie).

But God is good.

What more could have been done for this generation!

The Son of man was in the heart of the earth, three days and three nights; One greater than Jonas was here – God is here.

Yet this generation still seek a sign.

Pity the people here – because the stone that the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone:

Set for the fall and rising again of many… and for a sign….

And this generation still seeks a sign!

This unbelief is the definition of their wickedness, and it is for this definition that they would be judged.

But God is still good.

And He would do what He has said He would do.

Let those have ears hear:

I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live – Deuteronomy 30:19.
